How it Works
Services
We provide convenient and efficient door-to-door trash removal service for apartment communities. Our team is dedicated to keeping your living environment clean and waste-free.
Waste Collection
We collect trash in the evenings from Sunday to Thursday, between 8-10 PM. Each resident is provided with a clean, branded trash can at no extra charge. Residents simply place their bagged and tied trash outside their apartment door in standard-sized trash bags.
Waste Disposal
Our uniformed, reflective-vested collectors then visit each door to remove and dispose of the trash. They transport the trash in polyurethane satchels to prevent leaks while moving it through the hallways to their branded pickup truck. The collected waste is then taken to an on-site trash compactor or another designated trash collection area.
Product Purchase
Before service begins, we provide each resident with a starter kit. This kit includes detailed information about our service, how it works, and a list of frequently asked questions, as well as branded trash cans, at no cost to you or the tenants.
